Restaurant Conversation- Conversacion en restaurantes

En la fonda en donde como a veces en el trabajo, van a comer varios oficinistas de la zona y siempre se escuchan las mas maravillosas conversaciones. Aqui un sketch de lo que me parece que dicen a veces.

At the restaurant I go to eat sometimes you can see a lot of office clerks chating merrily on their lunch break. Here a sketch I made about one of those chats.

Gazpacho

Esta es mi primera comisión. Es una tira que va a estar incluida en el piloto de una revista para niños que quizá empiece a publicarse acá en México. El chiste era hacer un comic que tuviera un toque de ciencia, así que se me ocurrió un hamster ...ejem...si este es otro hamster (Napoleon me observa molesto desde su casita) y se llama Gazpacho y su dueña es Anna Molly quien es una diseñadora gráfica que debe lidiar con el pequeño y maquiavelico roedor.

Well this is my first comission. Is a little strip that will be included in a pilot of a new kids magazine that will be publish here in México. The concept was trying to draw a comic that have a touch of science. So I draw a hamster ( A different hamster from Napoleon who is my favorite son) whose name is Gazpacho and it's owner is Anna Molly, a graphic designer who must deal with this maquiavelic rodent.

Translation:

2. is the nearest star after the sun! wow!
3. of course no one has reached it yet, but, if we...
4. Anna Molly: I Wont' let you tie the neighbor's dog to a rocket doesnd't matter how much you insist! Gazpacho: Your lack of faith in my space program is evident.

Animales de Convivencia - House animals

Otra tira de Napoleon. La primera viene en español y la segunda en inglés. Si tienen problemas para leer el texto ( algunas personas me han dicho que me quedó un poco pequeño) vean las imágenes de abajo. Ahí el texto está mas grande aunque la calidad de la imagen decrece un poco.

Another Napoleon Strip. The first one is in spanish and the second one is in english. If you have any trouble reading the text open the last image where the text is bigger but the quality of the image decrease a little.

Gay Marriage in New York

En fin...Es una tira por que hace poco me enteré de que en Nueva York aceptaron las uniones entre personas del mismo sexo. La primera está en español la segunda en inglés.

All right I did this one because I read that recently, the city of New York accept marriage amon gay people. Goo news for the gay community (refering to man and woman). Love is love and it doesn't matter the sex of the persons involved. The second pic is for the strip in english.

Smartphone

Ok so this is a new strip I made because I bought a new cellphone and well Napoleon asked about it and you know...he is a hamster right? so he is not supposed to handle those things...This is the translation:

1. Napoleon: What is that?

2. Sila: This My friend is the new smartphone Motoroi Xwith Android 3, 512GB on ram and a 32 gb memory SD card

3. N: UHHHH CAN I USE IT CAN I????

4. S: Well Napoleon I don't know...because you know it was kinda expensive and is very delicate...

5. N: (Screaming) PLEASE PLEASE!!!!

6. S: Ok take it, but be careful

7. S: Ok now you saw it...

8. S: BUT ARGHHH??? WHY YOU THREW IT???!!!

9. N: Well you know, it was kinda heavy and it was hard for me to carry it. But the truth is that the fault is all yours I mean, who would ever give something like that to a hamster? that is lack of common sense...
